I loved this property for the beautiful rooftop and breakfast included with my booking . Also I can’t say enough about Travis , he made my stay memorable. Helped with navigating with the locals and any problems or questions I had. He seemed sincere and he helped me with my planning for my next day. I feel like he went over and above what I expected. I would highly recommend .Can’t thank Travis enough he made sure , I got where I needed to get to safely. Wonderful experience.

absolutely the best staff ever. best hotel experience i’ve ever had and i’ve done quite a lot of traveling. we spent a month in vietnam and traveled throughout the country but this hotel in particular made our trip. everyone from the doorman, receptionist, to the dining manager was top tier. highly recommend if you want to be treated like VIP.
