Used the hotel for a couple hours since our concert was canceled again. Staff was nice, room was clean. Super close to nationwide arena.

This was the second time staying at this location and once again no parking available. Also was charged for an “in room safe” but wasn’t told about it, I noticed on my card there was a charge that was higher than the original stated amount for the incidental hold, I had to call the hotel to get them to refund the extra fee. It’s not bad for a one night stay but they could really do some updating, especially the sketchy sensor in the elevator that looks like a kid installed it.

Middle of the road hotel. Parking was a bit inconvenient. Room wasn't ready at check in time. Rooms definitely haven't been updated in awhile. Easy walk to Nationwide Arena. Few restaurants right next door
