The front desk woman was very friendly and took care of a booking issue I had. The room was straightened up every day by housekeeping (3night stay), I was not expecting that. The breakfast was well maintained by the woman who ran that. She was very friendly and funny! Found out that the property was under new management and that they will be renovating but overall the facility was well maintained. They were even power washing the heat/ac units the day we were leaving.

I booked two rooms at this hotel through hotels.com and have an email confirming it. However when I got to the hotel, they stated they only had one room reserved for us, and had no more rooms available. We made it work but I’ve not had this occur before, and would like to feel confident it won’t happen again. Also; the bathtub was badly stained.

The hotel is in a bad location. Didn’t feel safe at all. Outside looked awful. Inside was even worse. Has a bad smell of mold. Got to the room and the under the window was full of black mold. Got another room and the smell was still there but no visible mold. Immediately found another hotel and got out of there

Excellent accomodation

Before checking in to the hotel, I visited several local retail stores to pick a few incidentals. I couldn't help but notice that each of these stores, within 3 blocks from the hotel, had uniformed security guards in their parking lots. This raised some concerns with me about the overall security of the area. Upon checking in, I asked the desk clerk if the hotel also had security watching their parking area. He assured me that in his 3 years employed there that they had not had even one incident of guests cars being damaged or stolen. With that assurance, I retired to the most comfortable room I have ever stayed in. Spacious, well appointed, and spotlessly clean, the room had a mini fridge with complimentary bottled water, a padded laptop desk, many pillows and even a body pillow. The bed was luxuriously comfortable, and I slept incredibly well. When I checked out in the morning, I found both my trucks in the same condition as I left them, and went happily on the next leg of my journey.

The Cable did not work. I arrived at 8:pm and the cable was out all night. No explanation was given. I was told several times that it would be on in a few minutes. At 12:20 am it still did not work. I had to go to the front dest twice for keys. Each time I was given new keys they did not work. Third time the charm. There is nothing really around this hotel. Bad location. I will not go back to this hotel
