Pool was warm, gym has free weights up to 75 lbs. New owners they are going through and updating rooms. Convient to downtown columbus. Tons of places to eat around. The check-in was very easy and quick. Staff was very accommodating. They provided a replacement remote just after check-in. In the morning, my wife accidentally dropped our vehicle's key FOB into a storm water grate in the parking lot. Staff was very helpful offering tools to help us successfully retrieve it.

The front desk woman was very friendly and took care of a booking issue I had. The room was straightened up every day by housekeeping (3night stay), I was not expecting that. The breakfast was well maintained by the woman who ran that. She was very friendly and funny! Found out that the property was under new management and that they will be renovating but overall the facility was well maintained. They were even power washing the heat/ac units the day we were leaving.
