We stayed here 4 nights and this was just an ok place. We all enjoyed having our own rooms and space to spread out. The kitchen was definitely lacking so thankfully we never planned on cooking. There were 4 spoons, 3 forks, 3 cups, and lots of plates and coffee mugs and other miscellaneous. This property was advertised as new but had many issues. The vertical blinds in the dining room would have pieces fall off, the kitchen/dining room flooring had what looked like water damage and was cupping/cracking, there were holes and scrapes on the walls in multiple places, the upstairs hall bathroom had no floor trim, the light in the dining room was being held up by a bungee cord, multiple bedrooms had broken/missing pieces to the blinds, there were cigarette butts all over the back yard and a couple in the garage, both main bedroom bedside tables had a leg fall off when we moved them to plug stuff in (thankfully we could just put them back on but they were not sturdy), multiple pieces of trim throughout the house were severely scratched. Overall, it was fine but definitely was not what we expected for a “new” house.
