The staff really didn’t care. The breakfast was good. There is an older gentleman from Puerto Rico that was the nicest to me and my family. Only 1 elevator worked to get to my floor. Even at that the elevator only worked sometimes. Definitely will be staying somewhere else next time.

Very disappointing to come back to Embassy Suites and find this. Stained couch, stained tub, loud door I had to force open and closed, weak shower with little pressure and not hot, falsely advertised as a balcony room - tiny half moon of concrete without railings, closest elevator out of order.. but the staff was nice.
