Pleasant surprise

the property was much bigger than I expected. the view of the mountains were more than I could have imagined from the photos. we didn't bring our 20 year old son, but after sending him pictures, he wanted to rent this place on our next visit out west.

10th Floor Top of the World View

Comfort and functionality and convenience allin one- A wonderfully stocked and homey condo with all the special touches like the led night lights throughout- amazing porch swing chair- great cooking accessories and a view from the large balcony like no other!!! We will definitely be back- Thank you for taking time and care into your rental!

Our family had a great time spending Christmas week here. The apt had a fun retro vibe and the views of Pike's Peak were amazing. The hosts were very informative and responsive, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The showers/bath were great. the only thing I would have changed is more/brighter lamps because we are a family of readers!

Great stay!

Had a great time at the property. The view was beautiful (even if cloudier than normal for Colorado. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. It’s easy access to Rte 24. There is a safeway nearby for groceries, too. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to the venue for the wedding we were attending and easy to get around to other places. Love the retro "hotel" vibe, the big windows and the spectacular views. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

The hosts are great and easy to communicate with + the condo itself is very nice and the balcony/view is amazing! As others have mentioned, the property the condo is on leaves more to be desired but that did not greatly impact our stay and we enjoyed our time.

The condo was nice and clean

The property and area was a little run down but the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay. The view was nice and my teenagers loved the balcony. The property was easy to book. Conversation with the property manager was good. we didn’t have any issues with our reservation or check in and check out.

Loved the condo

We absolutely love this condo. We got there and the air wasn’t working so we contacted the owner and the next morning realized it was gonna be fixed until after we left and they gave us back a full refund so we could go get us another place to stay. They were amazing to deal with and super nice

Rocky Mountain High

Looking for a different experience for my wife & 2 adult sons near the Rockies. This place did not disappoint. The balcony & view of the mountains were a huge hit with us. Having two adult sons over 6ft, having the extra bedroom and pullout was very accommodating - especially after a day of hiking. The few questions I had were answered by Tamie & Eric in short time. Excellent stay.
