This accommodation is ideal for a stopover in Colmar, a weekend or vacation with family or friends. You can take advantage of its ideal arrangement for a work stay.

Colmar's religious art is moreover very rich: the Church of the Dominicans which houses the famous "Virgin in the Rose Bush" by Alsatian painter and engraver Martin Schongauer, as well as the Collegiate Church of Saint Martin are wonderful examples of pure and sober Gothic art, of great austerity.

Kurzurlaub in Colmar

Wir hatten Schwierigkeiten, die Adresse zu finden. Google-Maps fĂŒhrte zu einem Haus, das ca. 300 m entfernt liegt. Der Genauigkeit wegen sollten auch die Koordinaten angegeben werden.Unter der 24/7 erreichbarer Telefonnummer der Agentur konnte man uns zuerst nicht weiterhelfen, wir haben die Wohnung dann schließlich selbststĂ€ndig gefunden. Nach der Beschreibung im Internet sollte die Wohnung „im Herzen der Altstadt von Colmar“ in einem „denkmalgeschĂŒtzten GebĂ€ude“ liegen. Es handelte sich aber um ein Jahrzehnte altes Mehrfamilienhaus mit 8 Wohnungen, das sich in einem mĂ€ĂŸig guten Erhaltungszustand befindet und mitnichten in der Altstadt liegt, sondern jenseits der Bahnlinie zwischen zwei teils sehr befahrenen Straßen. Diese Beschreibung muß korrigiert werden. Wohnung selbst war wie beschrieben: gerĂ€umig, sauber, in einem ansprechendem renovierten Zustand, nach außen gut schallisoliert. Allerdings ist sie dennoch hellhörig, GesprĂ€che aus der untendrunter befindlichen Wohnung sind recht laut zu hören. Schlafen bei offenem Fenster wegen der GerĂ€uschkulisse durch Straßen und Eisenbahn nicht möglich. Zahl der Steckdosen sehr ĂŒberschaubar; Ausstattung ansonsten gut. Wasserdruck im Bad leider mĂ€ĂŸig. Lage des GebĂ€udes selbst nicht schön, aber sehr nah an der Altstadt, die wirklich in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist, sehr angenehm. Kein garantierter Parkplatz; die Angabe „ 1 parking“ in der Annonce ist daher etwas irritierend.
