The internet states that there is a bar and restaurant. Upon check in you are told bar opens at 5. At 6 pm, you are then told bartender will be there about 7:30 pm. I do not call breakfast a restaurant.

Our first room on the 5th floor was awful. The shower curtain barely covered the entire shower. It was so torn, ratted and old that it was barely hanging on by a thread, literally. Also, my wife were setting up the pull out couch for one of our kids and as we pull the mattress out and unfold it, we find food crumbs all over the mattress cover, food stains etc. This is absolutely unsanitary and appalling. The housecleaning team clearly just “let it go” which is very sad and poor. We were switched to a different room and given two free snack vouchers. However the following day my kids wanted to go swimming in the indoor pool. Never in my life would I allow them to swim in a pool that is Green and clearly has not been maintained or properly cleaned. The phone in our second room did not work at all, nor did the alarm clock. The door did not close entirely without slamming it shut. Which is unsafe in general. Overall, AWFUL,UNSANITARY, UNCOMFORTABLE BEDS, POOR CARE IN THEIR AMENITIES AND MEDIOCRE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend the hotel right next door and didn’t even stay there!
