Great property for our family trip to Santa's Wonderland. The location was close and plenty of room for all of us! The fire pit was a plus to roast some smores and have family time around the fire! Communication was great and we will definitely book here again!

My family and I were just passing through so we only stayed one night but we wished we could have stayed longer! The house was perfectly clean, everything was as advertised, great location, and super comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to stay for a weekend!

Awesome place to stay in College Station with lots of space and beds for a large group. Location is great, 10 minutes from Reed Arena and Kyle Field. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

The house was super clean and comfortable, perfect for entertaining! I loved the cozy throws in each room, and the beds were really comfy. It would’ve been nice to have a TV in every bedroom, but overall it was a great stay. Only the master, living room, and porch had TV's

Fun getaway to College Station

Had 4 us stay at the house, plenty of room, well furnished, close to everything College Station has to offer. Spent Friday watching Aggie Men's soccer game, Friday dinner at Coopers BBQ, Saturday golf at Briarcrest - will come back for sure

Weekend stay for softball

The location was excellent. It wasn’t too far from anywhere we needed to be. The home had more than enough room for 5 adults and 6 kids. Check-in and communication with the host was super easy. Will definitely be staying here again for any future tournaments we have in College Station.

We came here to go to Santa’s Wonderland. The house was so clean and nice. Very spacious and comfy. Exactly as advertised, if not better than advertised.

Well Managed, VERY Clean, Great Location & Amenities

My husband and I came into town for ring weekend. Of the many VRBOs we have had in the area this one was among our favorites. Best mattresses, very clean, great location and very well managed. Really enjoyed the fire pit and being able to love on our college kids for a few days.

Great stay

Great stay! Everything easy about this home. Great communication with owner. The AC was cold and kept up, we have had a few stays recently where the AC didn’t keep up with the square footage and was a bit uncomfortable in the Texas heat. No problem here and don’t worry about the 4th bedroom with the mini split it was even colder! Great location and close to shopping and food! 10 out of 10 will stay again!

Friends and our families

This house was perfect for a little getaway. We were close to Santa’s wonderland and the Aggieland Safari! Great space for our kids to play and go on walks during the day around the neighborhood (sidewalks everywhere)! I would recommend this house to others adult and kid friendly.
