I like the fact that we were steps from the casino and no one could go on the elevators unless they had a room key. I will say for a hotel this expensive, the room service food was HORRIBLE! The waffles straight from the microwave, the chicken tenders taste light something you would get out the frozen food section in the grocery store. We went to the Bread & Butter restaurant in the hotel and quickly realized it was the same food they served for room service. NASTY! The seafood and pizza place were pretty good. Overall, would I stay there again? No! For that price, I can stay in the harbor area nearby and take an Uber to the MGM and still have gambling money.

The air conditioner was never able to get below 70f. Arrived to a room at 77F. Not acceptable for a $400 a night room. Engineers promised it would work, never did get cold.

This is my second time staying here, and once again, Renee at the front desk has made the experience absolutely fantastic. Her personality & professionalism makes me feel right at home whenever i visit ! Just like the first time, she went above and beyond to assist me—this time helping me with a smooth and early check-in, in which i was able to get the room ready for my girlfriends birthday!! As a property manager for a luxury hotel in NYC, I know firsthand how rare it is to find staff who consistently deliver this level of authentic, genuine service. Renee embodies the attention to detail, sense of urgency during check in and most importantly the genuine desire to make a guest’s stay better which is exactly what I look for when hiring staff at my property. Water turned off in entire facility for 24 hours for routine maintenance. No warning. Did not advise until after we checked in. Said restrooms would be available. NO RESTROOM FACILITIES AT ALL. Serious health code violation. No provision whatsoever made for entire hotel and casino. DISGUSTING
