The staff at this property was amazing from the front desk, the kitchen staff, housekeeping etc everyone really appeared to enjoy their job. Stacy the Sales manger was especially awesome and helpful. Seeing her smiling face in the morning at breakfast was great. If I had a "complaint" it would be the 25 dollar parking however I am aware that DC does not have much free parking. The rooms were spacious, no issue with the wifi. I would 100% stay there again if I am in the area. I was there with my husband and our 3 children for a collage visit.

Room was clean, modern, and had the best view! This is my second time staying here and I will stay again. Only issue is no dedicated parking but you can park in the parking garage across the street for $25-$35 a night.

I would love to give the Hyatt at National Harbor a great review but I cannot. I’ve rarely felt as misled by marketing as I did during my stay at this hotel. The description said that all fees were included as well as breakfast each morning. That was not true. Parking alone was $75 and down the street at a garage. This was conveniently left out of the hotel description on your site. The walk to get our car in 2 degree weather was not a pleasant experience. To make matters worse, the atmosphere was consistently soured by the staff; rather than being greeted with a professional welcome, we were met with cold indifference at best and outright hostility at worst. The front desk’s condescending attitude turned what should have been a relaxing getaway into an exercise in patience. It’s one thing for a property to lack amenities, but there is no excuse for being both deceptive and rude. Our room was clean and we are thankful for that but the outlets in the bathroom didn’t work. We had to get ready in the hallway near the door to use an outlet. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if we were staying at a cheap hotel. There is a certain expectation when you pay hundreds per night. I felt like it was a cheap hotel experience. I want to say that I rarely give a scathing review. This weekend at the Hyatt deserves a scathing review!
