What a wonderful house! Location is great. We were here for a wedding and this house was perfect for my family. Every room was nicely decorated and beds were comfortable. House was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We were able to enjoy lots of family time, both inside and outside. There were many fun things to do but unfortunately we didn't have enough time to explore everything. We definitely want to stay here again!

Here’s a cleaned-up version of your review—polished but still warm and genuine:---This property was absolutely amazing! It was one of the cleanest, most well kept homes we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, and the added bonus of having bikes made it so easy to enjoy a quick ride into town. We would highly recommend this property to anyone!

Lovely home. Peaceful, clean, beds and pillows very comfortable. Nice neighborhood to walk around in and close to Tubbs hill for a morning hike. Wonderful place to stay! Hosts are easy to communicate with and have everything you may need in a home away from home plus lots of extras!!

Our stay was wonderful!! Beautiful home with too much to say about it. Comfortable beds, very roomy, and beautifully decorated with a large dining table and extra family room which kept our grandchildren entertained. They loved all the bikes as well. This home has everything you need for a family vacation!!

Great stay

Although we were all adults, the property has toys for all ages. There is plenty of towels, kayaks, bikes, etc. inside there are games for all ages as well. Location is convenient to TubbsHill as well as restaurants. The kitchen is well equipped as well.

The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for a vacation. The home has paddleboards, floats, and kayaks for use on the lake. There is a game room and plenty of space for a family to stay.

Excellent CDA family get away!

This is a beautiful house with so many extras! Super clean and has so many fun things to make the stay really entertaining. The bikes were great! Game room upstairs was fun! Unfortunately the weather did not allow us to use the water equipment, but it all was in great condition and would have been so fun. Instead we Zip lined nearby and went to the Alpaca farm. Thank you Allen and Lisa for a great stay in your beautiful home!

Amazing stay in CDA!

Perfect for our group of friends! Close to a ton of great places. Plenty of room! The bikes were a huge hit with our group. Definitely one of the best short-term rentals we’ve ever rented!

Beautiful Home

This home was perfect in every way. Extremely clean and plenty of space for our family stay. Close to downtown shopping and trails. Weather was not great for enjoying the outdoor amenities. Would highly recommend staying in the house for large families or a group of friends. Plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms and all beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location and amenities

A beautiful home, well appointed, and cozy. They thought of everything you could need for an extended stay like ours. The location was right on the centennial trail, a 10-15 minute walk from Sanders beach and Tubbs Hill, and a short 5 minute drive from Fernan Lake (for some great dock or kayak fishing. Plus for those looking to enjoy down town CDA it’s a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk away.They made it so easy to check in and check out. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking to enjoy all thAT CDA has to offer.

This is a gem

We loved this property.The layout was spacious yet intimate. Kitchen left nothing to be desired to make our Thanksgiving dinner. The walk to Christmas festivities just right for even the littler ones. The bedrooms were all lovely and the kids certainly enjoyed the bunks and the toys. All of the thoughtful touches in this house make it warm and inviting. we had a relaxing and memorable stay and look forward to it being available next year.

Beautiful house, comfortable stay. Close to beach, shopping, hiking, etc. We loved all the items available for use; bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong, fire pit, and so much more. From 3 yr old to 65, we all had so much fun!

Perfect for our Family Reunion

This house was amazing! All of the added "play" items were so awesome. We had extremely hot weather during our stay so we had plenty of things to do inside the house in the hot afternoons and enjoyed having kayaks, life vests, fishing poles and bikes to take out in the mornings and evenings. There was something for everyone in our family to use. The front porch became our go to place for morning coffees and evening talks. The location is spectacular. Quiet neighborhood for walks and close to everything. We enjoyed riding bikes to downtown for an early morning coffee. Others enjoyed taking out the kayaks or using the fishing poles for early morning catches with our grandson (3 years old). All of us enjoyed how close the smaller local Sanders beach was. It was the perfect place for us instead of the huge public beach downtown. The owner provided high chairs, eating utensils and pack n plays for our littlest ones. The number of bedrooms worked perfectly for all of us to have our own space including each grandchild had their own to accommodate their different sleeping schedules making traveling so much smoother. My daughter (the parent of 2 small children) was extremely impressed with the effort to make our stay so easy. This is truly a "family" oriented home that was absolutely perfect for 6 adults and 2 children under 4 years old. Would be great for teens too! Communication w/the owner was great I HIGHLY recommend this house if you are going to be visiting Coeur d'Alene.
