Very clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel staff was top notch.

The staff that I met were great. I did have to go to the front desk my last night there as the people above my room were making a lot of noise running back and forth in the room later at night (10:30)pm and very early in the morning (4:30)am . The desk person was great and got them to stop. When I got going in the am he had put a note about taking care of the problem and a thank you Starbucks gift card for a coffee. He showed a lot of care and class!! Thanks

I found this hotel on Orbitz and basically selected it due to the location and price not knowing any other details. This place reminds me of a little family resort. There is a beautiful game room with lots of seating for kids, many of whom were down there during my stay playing chess or other games. There's always fresh coffee, lemon infused water, popcorn and cookies for the kids, and even lemon icees all afternoon. The breakfast was good and the service was top knotch. My only disappointment was that the pool was indoors and very small. There's a bike loaner station as well as a beautiful little fire pit. If my entire family had stayed here we would have had plenty to do!

Good location, balance breakfast , friendly staff and the bathroom very clean.

Very clean, close to food and where we were going. I will stay there again

Great hotel near I-90. They are pet friendly and have a nice grassy area to walk your dog. The pool and hot tub looked nice. Decent free breakfast in the morning.

We have stayed in this hotel 3 times. It is well maintained. I would stay again.

This hotel is great except for the pillows. Too thick and not compressible. The hotel supplied breakfast better than most. We came for Cars D' Alene and it's most likely the biggest and best car show in the Northwest. Hundreds of cars cruising around the downtown two abreast. That's on Friday night , then on Saturday all the cars are lined up on both sides of the street for two and a half blocks. We were disappointed in that the only country musid dance club, The Country Club was closed after less than a year. Coeur D' Alene and Holiday Inn Express are both great places!!

This hotel appeared run-down inside our room. Wallpaper peeling, tiles falling loose, loose fixtures. We could not get the sink to produce cold water - only mildly hot to warm. Mattresses were not comfortable and sheets were rough. There are nearby hotels with much better overall comfort. We were surprised to hear when we checked in that there would be "no housekeeping" the following day - no new towels, no beds remade. Oh well. Would not stay here again with all of the other options nearby.

Nice and clean .... loved the place... still it is too much to pay around @200 in COEUR D'ALENE for one night. Thanks

Former natives of the Coeur d Alene area, but first time we stayed here. Next time we return we'll stay here again. Breakfast is very good (cinnamon rolls outstanding). Staff very, and genuinely, friendly. Wife left saying we should come to Coeur d' Alene more often and stay a bit longer. I think the hotel was part of her saying this.

WE WERE THE GUEST OF THE DAY! Our room was upgraded to a suite and it was a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect and we could not have asked for a better stay. It was convenient between two family obligations each day. Disappointed because hotel points don't apply when reserving through you.

Everything was fabulous. Breakfast buffet was better than advertised. The only shortcoming was the speed of the internet connection.

Tremendous value for the money. Very comfortable. Would recommend highly to other travelers.

After reading all the reviews I decided to stay here, but was a little disappointed after paying such a high price for a very basic room. The only highlight to this hotel was a very well trained dog "Dodger" who literally manned the front desk while the staff tended to other issues. But even this amazing animal soon became annoying after waiting over 15 minutes for the front desk person returned. The room was clean, but of basic quality. The hot tub, which I was looking forward to staying in was out of order the entire trip. The employees down to the maintenance man were personable.

The hotel room was very clean. The free breakfast was great. The overall cleanliness to the hotel and pool/hot tub was great.

Having stayed at many Holiday Inns and hotels of similar class, I was really impressed by the number and quality of amenities this one had to offer. The staff were great - from the front desk staff to the ladies working the breakfast bar. Only complaint was that housekeeping staff didn't come to clean our room after our first night there.

Very nice, new hotel with all the trimmings.

Our stay was really nice. Room was pleasant and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel is new and clean. I would definitely stay there again.
