It's a historical building, so expect to deal with the creaky floors, no elevators, and thin walls. Charming room but it was difficult controlling the water temperature in shower.

Its history, the size of our room, the people.

A great place to stay with only 7 rooms, each themed in its own way for adults only, which is a plus, a restaurant/bar with great food and drinks, awesome staff/people, and Chris, the owner is just great all the way around.

I have stayed here once before (this stay was two days before Idaho shut down for COVID-19) and found that the service was as good if not better. The restaurant and bar are excellent. Service was great. I love this grand old hotel.

Charming bed and breakfast. Wonderful food and drinks. Very friendly helpful staff. Loved our stay

Great place, beautiful views, friendly, helpful staff. We will absolutely stay here again!!!!!

Great clean and comfortable place to stay. Friendly staff and close to downtown.

Staff was very nice. Arrived on a Sunday evening only to find the Bar and Restaurant below the b&b are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Room was small, no air conditioning and little closet space. I guess after a long travel day this is not what I was looking for.

Room was clean. Make sure to confirm about breakfast included and the restaurant- the restaurant is only open on the weekends so if you are there during the week there is no breakfast. They did give us a coupon for the place next door but we were there for 2 nights and only got breakfast next door once. It was closed the second morning. Plus is is limited to what you can get. All the reviews mention the great breakfast and restaurant - we were very disappointed to not experience the restaurant. I am not sure there was any staff, we only saw someone when we checked in. Location was a short walk into town which was nice. The room was clean.

First off, eat dinner at the restaurant there! Great food. Everyone was very friendly, and it's in a good location. A tiny walk gets you to the lake. The rooms are nice with some great history behind them. The breakfast was pretty good too. We'd stay there again in a heartbeat!

We sat in the lobby for about 25 minutes before being attended to. The building is old and creaky, and has an odd smell. The room was really small, and the bathroom was so small you didn't have room to change your mind. In all fairness to the Greenbriar Inn, the folks who run the place have done a remarkable job of turning a 108-year-old house (built in 1908) into a cozy, 7-bedroom sanctuary to hang your hat for a night or two. We are not rich or snooty, but I guess we are used to a bit more room and a few more amenities. I'm glad we had a B&B experience. It was worth doing once.
