We were charged $150 for smoking, we didn’t smoke, they smelt it in the parking garage and we got the blame. They also had a window cleaner repel in front of our window while my wife was dressing. No warning. She was a bit rattled. Over all the person working the desk seemed habitually angry. Would strongly not recommend this property.

This was an amazing property! We rented the three bedroom room that had a full kitchen, dining room and living room. It was exceptionally cozy and the perfect option for our group. Having laundry in our room was an added bonus. This hotel is within walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping in Coeur d'Alene. We parked and walked everywhere needed. The only bummer was that the hotel hot tub was closed when we visited.

Convenient location and nice space. However, the parking was terrible and the furniture (especially the bed) was extremely uncomfortable. There were also several hidden fees for using amenities that seemed like they would be available based on the expedia ad.

Friendly and accommodating staff at front desk. Our condo felt new, all appliances worked and was clean. Very convenient location being one block from the lake and close to Sherman where the restaurants and shopping is located. Overall lovely upscale area and we highly recommend.

Great hotel / deceptive communication

I thought it was highly misleading that they did not inform me the rooftop hot tub / outdoor area was closed for window washing. The entire reason that I booked this place was for the hot tub and roof top views only to be informed at check in that they were closed. The roof top is the key image in all of their media, on hotels.com and on their website. They contacted me multiple times before my check in about parking / pet fees / check in times but never once mentioned the roof being closed. Had I known this I would have booked elsewhere. They conveniently waited until I was outside of the cancellation window before informing me. Pretty deceptive…
