Receptionist upon checkin was absent. Another couple was first in line, and she rang the bell on counter. No one came. So I rang the bell, still no one. Then a third couple arrives in line. And we're all waiting. So I walk towards the back hall way and find an open door by laundry room to the backyard picnic table, where I find 2 ladies on a break. I told them a line was forming in front office and they promptly run in. Room was OK and clean. Breakfast was so so. Would I return?? Not.

I read reviews of all properties in the CDA area and was somewhat shocked at prices. More suited to NYC and San Fran. This hotel for over 200 a night an example and should have been priced right about 75 bucks at most. Just a cheap tired old motel.

The hotel is close to I-90 and about a couple miles from the city center, which was convenient. Staff was very nice and friendly both at check-in and check-out. We got the suite but it's more like 2 rooms with1 queen-sized bed in each room. On top of that we had to share 1 bathroom. There were 5 of us (3 adults, 2 children - ages 12 and 16) The information and photos on the website are misleading. The dingy carpet, furniture, beds, doors were very old with lots of wear and tear. The bathroom had soap/toiletry for 1-2 persons..and there were 5 of us! The metal towel bar came off the wall when I took one of the towels off the rack. From this experience, I would look into booking 2 rooms in the future. Overall, what I like most was that the staff was nice and helpful.

Staff was great. The room though was not. We booked the two room queen since we had our teen with us. Initial walk in I could see the carpets were not cleaned very well stained and just felt gross. The interior doors an closet doors were all scratched up scribbles on the wall with the addition of food here and there night stands carved on and finish missing with drywall patches every where. Coeur d' Alene is expensive and this was a little cheaper. We booked it same day so nothing was available except 200$ plus rooms. But I wasn't expecting the hotel to ignore so much. Needs renovated

Accommodating 3 people in one unit with two separate rooms is what I like about the place. The old decor and not so tidy room is what I don't like about the place.

Not alot for breakfast. There were also some hairs all over the room but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, staff looks happy to help you on whatever you need.

Place was great. Staff the best. The heater in the room kept us up. It was noisy.

There were cookies and popcorn at 6 PM. Plenty of restaurants locally.

Location was good. Staff were prompt No elevator Room smelled of old dog.

Generally decent value. Friendly check in. Broken vending machine.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean.

Fine quick overnight. Easy on and off from I90. Convenient.
