I normally do not take the time to do this but this place is unacceptable. It is dirty. The front desk gentlemen were very nice and helpful but the area is just not clean.

Easy to get to and a good price. Pet fee was reasonable as well. Stayed here twice, and although it’s not fancy or anything, it did its job by providing a safe clean bed between long road trips.

Don't Stay Here....

Our room was just very dirty. There were stains on the bedding on our beds. There were clipped toenails on the floor between the two beds and there was a pill on the floor - not sure what that was. Also, the bathroom tub had dirt in it and there was hair on the tub. It was just disgusting. I asked Hotels.com for a refund but at the end of it all they did was cancel our second night. We booked a different hotel (through hotels.com) and had a much better and CLEANER room. The breakfast was decent but I'm frustrated that a full refund was not provided given the circumstances.

first room had several strands of hair in the sheets. Swapped rooms and the second had one strand on the side and several spots in the sheets where it's falling apart and you can see the reminants of past stains.

Quick Last Minute Get Away

Very nice and convenient for our goal of going to Edgewater Beach without staying in downtown Cleveland. Next time I will look for a hotel with a pool, but this one had a very nice breakfast buffet and very clean rooms. The staff including the cleaning crew were very friendly and accommodating.

Room wreaked of stale smoke and my key card had to be reset several times in two days. The overall condition of the hotel was fair at best. It was close to the airport and car rental center, but I'll be looking to stay elsewhere in the future. Folks at the front desk were friendly and helpful.
