Location is great. Hotel has nice modern decor with Original Art Deco. Front desk staff is very accommodating and friendly. Hotel nicely maintained. Lovely restaurant, appetizing menu, fair prices. Unfortunately the ceiling design causes amplified echo. Every sound amplified, from breaking down tables, female employee chattering and complaining and the diner like noise removes you out from the sultry ambiance of the romantic, upscale restaurant. Rooms are large and very clean. Abundance of beautiful, white, clean towels nicely folded and displayed. All amenities supplied for a comfortable stay. .Unfortunately only one washer and dryer 10th floor,one lce machine on 11th floor and one micro oven on 1st floor for entire hotel to share😩 I will stay again at the Crown Plaza.

Room was not great. Tv didn’t work, the screen was blue and room service was ordered on there but also didn’t work. Decor looked tired, like they tried to make it current cheaply. There was no one in front when we arrived to let us know where to park for checking in. Parking is not available, just valet service for $52 a day who was not there when we arrived or left to move our vehicle. We ended up parking in a lot on the street behind the hotel that has no entrance to the hotel. The lot was locked when we went to go in on Sunday. There were doors slamming all night, loud talking and laughing. Housekeeping was so loud with slamming doors and things. I was woken at 3:30 am by multiple slamming doors and never went back to sleep. There is a restaurant but if you have picky kids there is no where else close to grab anything for them. We booked 2 nights but left after the first. I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel is run-down and shabby. Peeling wallpaper, odd smell in room, strange setup with a large, lumpy couch but no table. Nice shower and plenty of outlets and USB ports. Valet parking exhorbitent and weirdly hard to retrieve car.

Welcoming staff. Spacious room. Great location. The kids enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi. There was black lint on one of the sheets when we arrived, but the front desk representative sure they were changed before we returned to our room. The garage across the street was convenient and affordable.
