Overall I am very pleased with holiday inn Express and suites. The Continental breakfast seems to the best I've had. The service was great. The staff was very hospitable. Anything we needed, they made sure we received it. Great hotel and location.

Nice hotel bad smell

Hotel is nice and clean, staff are friendly but the 2nd floor smells terribly like animal urine and our room did also. It was a really busy weekend as we were in town for a basketball event hosting over 500 players, so they couldn’t give me another room. Housekeeping brought us a can of air freshener which did absolutely nothing. The smell was very strong and gave us a headache. I ended up going to a local Walmart and purchasing pet fresh carpet. It did NOT remove the odor or neutralize it, but it did make it a tad bit more bearable. Breakfast was decent. Staff was very nice !

Quiet, clean, new and great desk service. Service at Arrival great and depart service even better!! Nice location. Google address is currently wrong. It’s closer to Planet Fitness. I did notify Google maps!! Hopefully they fixed it.

Ideal location!

In town for brothers wedding and location was perfect. Lots of food, entertainment, shopping, and exercise options less than half a mile from hotel. Very walkable!
