Farmhouse near Lake Trasimeno Italy

This farmhouse in the countryside features six comfortable flats and is located on the border between Umbria and Tuscany, near Città di Pieve and Lake Trasimeno. The rustic atmosphere has been preserved in the restoration of the flats. The furnishings are rustic and cosy.

The flat is on the first floor, reached by an external stone staircase. You have a terrace with a beautiful view. There is another terrace in front of the house. Here you will find an outdoor table and chairs. You will therefore have two terraces where you can relax.

The farm produces and sells excellent olive oil, wine, pasta and honey.

There is a fantastic large swimming pool with a view, surrounded by a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. The pool is lit and can therefore also be used in the evening. Oaks and cypresses grow in the garden.

This Etruscan region consists of a beautiful hilly landscape with excellent views and beautiful towns. In addition to enjoying the sauna and swimming pool at the farmhouse, you can make beautiful trips to Città della Pieve, Perugia, Chiusi, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, Cortona, Arezzo and Siena.
