Heated 3-seater Jacuzzi (40 degrees) - Price not included in the rental cost

All rooms have a private bathroom. If you are travelling in a large group there will be no arguments about the shower, an important aspect for a relaxing holiday.

Just 1 km from this private oasis - within walking distance if you are the sporty type - you will find the beautiful medieval town of Città della Pieve. Despite its 13th century walls, you will find everything you need for modern life: Internet Cafés, supermarkets, numerous restaurants and bars cater to your needs. And all this in a true historical charm.

Swimming pool: The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October, located in a carefully maintained garden 20 meters from the villa. The rectangular shape measures 10 x 4 m, with a depth of 1.40 m.

WELCOME DINNER - after a long journey you may not want to go to a restaurant to eat or prepare

something of your own, then this could be an interesting solution for you.

Our in-house kitchen service will prepare for you a simple and light dinner with a fine selection of appetizers, a plate of pasta and bruschetta and good wine, of course.
