Great customer service checking in and throughout the stay. Fresh food and coffee for breakfast. Convenient location. A bit noisy during business hours due to nearby businesses but overall a good stay. Will stay again if in area in the future.

Screms at 11pm, prostitutes, bad smell and roaches

The first thing we saw, including my children, was a prostitute. When we went inside the room the smell was horrible, like strong feet odor. In the morning while using the toilet a roach was passing by and that's when I also noticed the floor extremely dirty with mold and build up grime. At about 11pm there were load screams coming from the room above us, a lady screaming to 2 little kids and the kids were crying and screaming. Very disturbing. The good thing about the hotel was the location and the room size, including the beds and bathroom. It also had a microwave and a small fridge. Sadly I would not stay in this hotel again.

Advertises continental breakfast on web site but we were there 4 nights and there was never a breakfast available. Had to push your body hard on the door to be able to get the dead bolt to lock at night, also a lot of noise in both hotel and neighborhood until after 11pm so would not recommend if you need to be up early.

Surroo guests and their children very loud, car alarms and guests working on car In parking lot. Loud guests walking h breezeways at 1-2am, being loud. Never saw security or management come address it, even after I called front office to complain about 8:40-9pm

I got there and the room they gave me was filthy to say the least. The bed was not made, the sheets were on the floor. The bathroom smelled like a homeless. There was old food in the trash can. I went back to get a new room because mine had clearly not been cleaned and the guy made me wait outside in the cold while he looked for another one 😭
