Convenient but the washroom was needing proper repairs, and cleaning. The towel bar was hanging off. There is also no door for the shower which seemed weird. Water got everywhere.

Rooms were small! Did not accommodate our family of 6 with one room. Complimentary coffee/tea was only available in the lobby during morning hours. Lack of seating in pool area to oversee kiddos.

Called the morning of check in for an early check in as instructed by front desk. was told at 10am that my room would be ready for check in at 2pm guaranteed and complimentary if it was 2pm or later.. arrived at 2:25 only to be turned away until 3:30. when I told them i spoke with someone they told me I was wrong and it must have been 3pm that I was told. Seems as though there is poor communication behind the front desk between co-workers/shifts.

We booked a nicer room to be able to rest and recover after a long drive. We arrived early and the room wasn’t ready. We waited 45 min to find out if the room would be ready soon but left and then came back at check in time. Then they told us our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour and 15 minutes. All I wanted to do was check in and relax. They knew we were there and waiting for our room. Very frustrating.
