We have stayed at the Little America in Salt Lake numerous times and are always happy. So this stay was a big disappointment. The rooms were very dirty. We found dog food on the floor, pills (probably old ibuprofen) the beds were horrendous. We covered them up with our own blankets we brought on trip. The mattress “protectors” look like they are never washed or changed out. There was trash left in one of the bins. We were here for sports so we were out early and back late so we didn’t even have time to change rooms. Unfortunately this is a no for us, we won’t be back.

Had to wait an hour to be checked in due to the hotel having computer issues with third party companies. Room was NOT clean - marble counters were disgusting and bed cover was dirty. Shower didn’t drain so I stood in 6 inches of water. Restaurant was empty but servers were super slow and unattentive. I choked and had no water and no server to be found. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean and the property outside was clean. The hallway had a musky smell. We ate at the restaurant which service was terrible. Had to ask for water refills, crackers for warm soup. Ordered a Cobb salad which came with chicken lunchmeat and not a Breast of chicken. The dessert was good. Had to wait in line to check in and check out. The manager was very friendly and polite both times.
