We enjoyed our stay everyone was great. We needed a late discharge and there was n o problem

This hotel was clean, room was large, and it is withij walking distance of Cheyenne. Also the diner across the road had great food at a good price. Will return if i go back to Cheyenne

I had reserved a room online, which I've never done before. I've stayed at Microtel I don't know how many times and I've never had any issues ever then I arrive at the Cheyenne location and that's where I met Shelia it turned out I had mistakenly reserved a handicap accessible room Shelia had already checked us in so I needed to call the 800# for cancellation so I could switch rooms this is where things get entertaining I called the number and after several rings I speak with Alex he gives me the run a rounds so Shelia spoke to him and he tried doing the same thing to her this man who represents this Wyndham rewards did absolutely nothing to help the situation instead the guy flat out lies to the both of us he said he couldn't fix it from his end that we'd need to call Wyndham ourselves but they were closed so I was outta luck Shelia could see I was frustrated so she got on the phone and put him in his place very professionally I can say better then what I could have so to wrap this up the call gets disconnected when we called back Alex didn't answer imagine that we ended up talking to Belinda at Wyndham she resolved the issue and I had a fun experience with helpful Shelia as for Alex you shouldn't have the position you have your a liar and an idiot sir it just so happens the computer showed I had a free night stay but after we got disconnected that was removed from my account I thought you said you couldn't do anything on your end I wasn't planning on staying the night nor ever going back to a microtel again but because of Shelia I stayed and I plan on coming back Thank you Shelia I was able to enjoy the motel, the town, the restaurants, the continental breakfast, and the free WiFi .

overall everything was great. the employees were fantastic the room was clean and the breakfast was appreciated. The Wifi in our room as very sketchy to say the least. When I asked the front desk about it they simply said yeah those rooms have WiFI problems at the end of the hall. In today's day and age of internet connectivity you need to either get a stronger router, or re-locate what you have or add boosters.

This is a hotel for one night type of stay. Breakfast was light and contained expected items. Front desk staff were more friendly after I proved that I was a paying guest however the reason for the question I was asked in front of other paying guest was asked too loudly and shocked everyone. I just found the experience as something that should have been better handled.

The hotel is very simple but nice its close to downtown Cheyenne and only steps away to the railroad museum which is pretty cool

Room was small for the price. Bed was a queen as appose to king. I don't believe king are available at the Cheyenne location at least not the spa suite. Which brings me to another point. The only difference between this room and other rooms is this one had a whirlpool bath, how can this be considered a suite. Will not be staying there again, I will stick to the Hampton.

The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. We had a large group of workers for a project in the rail yard. The overnight staff made sure we had breakfast and hot coffee for us before going to work. The lady (Amber) that checked in the first people from our group was very polite and helped to ensure the rest of our group was able to get reservations. Overall, a great hotel with an excellent staff.

Bed lumpy and uncomfortable and it felt like no mattress just springs Half the lights don't work in room so had to make do with just bathroom light Fan in the bathroom not good got so hot in there Fan in the room did not work so room was hot and stuffy

I'm sad this place is slowly starting to go downhill a bit. Not sure what's going on. There's a pothole in the parking lot that has grown into a huge hazardous hole. That's just indicative of the property as a whole. I can tell that unless something changes soon within a year it's not going to be worth staying there. For now it's still the best place in Cheyenne to stay for the value.
