The room had no heat. The nice gentleman in the front was kind enough to move me to another room but quite discouraging to find. Not only was it dilapidated rundown and old but the heat doesn't work. They make the front staff run around moving people from room to room just to provide them heat. I would never recommend this to anyone

The water pressure in the shower room is extremely low. The water was not hot enough for showers. The room is extremely small. It’s not what you see in the picture. It was me and my husband yet we still felt crammed.
