Wish all towns place suites were like this one!
Our stay was great, excellent rooms being able to fix our own meals was great. Only downside was being near the train.

Found a syringe in our fridge. Dirty around the bed. My sons room had a bunch of different foods in the cupboard.

The hotel is great and nice in many ways. However I realized the toilet in my room didn’t work after checking into the room. I told the front desk about the issue and told them I would be out of the room from 6 am till 9 pm. When I returned the toilet was not repaired it couldn’t flush and water ran all night so not a good night sleep 2 nights in a row. They came to my room but all they did was leave refill for shampoo and body wash. That is not what I asked for. The front desk people act as tho their hands are tied, or just stupid. Surely a hotel that charges that much for a room could have a fix it man on staff during a holiday weekend. I was told no refund for my room and not offered any other ideas. So 2 nights of no sleep with toilet running all night, then needing to run down to lobby to use restroom that would flush, all three of us everyday!!! Not except-able. Nobody should need to use the elevator nor get dressed just to use the bathroom.

Excellent hotel. Cheyenne has a lot of train activity, o you cannot escape some noise regardless of where you stay. This is a good hotel.
Amazing hotel, wonderful staff. Breakfast was great. Pool was warm. Kitchenette in the room was a fantastic. A+ hotel. Will definitely be staying there again.
We rented this room for our daughters 15th birthday and she her sister and Mom stayed in the room and had a girls night. They also enjoyed the pool and breakfast. They had a great time and the staff and hotel were great too. Will do it again.

We stayed for one night and were pleasantly surprised by the room and staff. We stayed in a 2-bed suite that had a functional kitchenette with an ample bedroom. Plenty of room to stretch out, nice couch, and so forth. Beds were very comfortable with clean soft linens. This is a relatively new hotel, so everything still felt clean, neat. The hotel is close to the railroad track, but we did not hear anything during the night, so walls must be pretty solid. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast - serviceable and predictable. Not awesome, but good.

Was very clean and the bed smelled fresh and was super comfortable. Staff was very friendly and went over and above to accommodate. They were super dog friendly.
