"Loved this hotel it was close to where I needed to be. 5 min from Amtrak station. I Loved the room. Everything was clean and perfect. I only had one issue but didn’t make a big deal of it because I only stayed for one night. The water in the shower was lukewarm. The sink water was hotter. I hope it was the room I was in. Everything else was excellent. I will be back if I need a place to stay in Philly. "

"My family has phobia about staying in hotels but the Sonesta is better than those high-priced hotels. This is the perfect place to stay, clean, soft and comfortable beds. The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. I would stay there ALWAYS. In fact, wherever I travel to, I will look for the Sonesta Select hotel. FIVE STARS"

"We were very disappointed with our stay, especially given the accessibility needs of my adult son, who has cerebral palsy. The hotel charges $25 per day for parking, which was not clearly communicated ahead of time. There is also no complimentary breakfast, which felt disappointing for the cost of the stay. While there is a ramp leading to the pool area, the pool itself is not fully accessible. There is no pool chair lift, so my son was unable to use the pool at all. We stayed in an ADA room, but the beds were extremely high. My son could not safely transfer from his wheelchair to the bed without me physically lifting him, which defeats the purpose of an accessible room and posed a safety concern for both of us. In addition to these issues, the front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, which made an already frustrating experience worse. We choose hotels carefully based on accessibility, and unfortunately this property did not meet our needs. I would not recommend it to travelers with mobility needs or families relying on ADA accommodations."
