I absolutely LOVED my stay. The hotel was in the perfect location right on the lake . In the back of the hotel is a lovely boardwalk filled with different restaurants, attractions and things to do, beautiful view. This was a beautiful resort ! My hotel room was renovated, remodeled and clean !! Everything was perfect . This was a Five Star stay ! I’m from Pittsburgh PA and everytime I visit Charlotte this will be where I stay ! The only thing I think they should change is the pool hours. The pool closes at 7pm I believe that’s too early for the summer weather.

Enjoyed the executive lounge and rooms on 11th floor. Bathroom did not have enough washcloths for as many towels available. Concierge by text did not respond. If that service is only available during certain times to make that clear during check in. Check out was quick.
