We stayed here during a road trip and were disappointed by some of the facility upkeep. The pool bathroom was dirty, and there were many flies coming out of the floor drain, which raised hygiene concerns. The fitness room had an empty water cooler and no disinfecting wipes, which made me wonder how often it’s cleaned or maintained. These issues made us question the overall cleanliness, especially of the pool area.

Handicapped had to drag luggage up steps. Person at counter said he was going to help but when i brought luggage in he was no where to be found. Two guest children helped me. They at least need a lift installed or leave a bottom floor room for Handicapped

This hotel is by far the best one on our 10-day trip! Breakfast and all of its options were great. The pool was clean, spacious, and fun. The decor was amazing, very patriotic, lodge-style feel to it all. When traveling with children, the detached sink from the bathroom is extremely helpful. If we're ever in the area again, we would love to stay here again!

Decent customer service. Front desk appeared somewhat annoyed to do their job, but it didn’t bother me. Location was clean and safe. Just off the interstate, with easy access to two gas stations, one of which is 24 hours. Easy parking. Rooms were clean, but the bathtub lacked a stopper.. no big deal (my wife plugged it with rag). Breakfast was decent. My primary complaint was the lack of elevator. Odd for a modern hotel this size not to have an elevator. It wasn’t an issue for me, but was a BIG annoyance for my elderly parents. Overall pretty good.
