The front staff need to be more professional. I get working with the public is hard but that does not mean you need to be rude nor pushy. We were in Winner to attend my brothers funeral and did not like the welcome we got at all. I get it, it was 3 am but maybe some more training on greeting.

Most of the food was good. Eggs a little watery. Rooms clean but stairs were a bit dirty and they had just painted and there was tape left on the door frames. Overall a good facility
