My family spent one night in Winner on our way back home over spring break. The hotel was clean and quiet. By far the best hotel option in Winner. Breakfast was just what you would expect. We had a small problem with our room keys but the manager on duty was quick to get everything working again.

Basic Holiday Inn Express. Room was clear, staff were fine. I think the cleaning staff got carried away with the air freshener as the room smell like a pine tree the entire time we were there. We had to open the window. No reason not to staff here.

I stayed here with family and friends in August when we were driving from Omaha to Rapid City. The hotel is exactly like the other Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Expresses that you have been to elsewhere. It is a consistent play. Check in was quick and accurate. When I got locked out of one of the two rooms, they made a duplicate key without any fuss and ensured it did not void out the existing keys. Breakfast was pretty straightforward, the kids loved the pancake machine. Everything was refreshed efficiently. The rooms were clean. My only two complaints 1) I asked for connecting rooms when I made the reservation and was told that they would connect. Turns out the rooms were next to each other but did not connect and 2) the pool could have been better maintained, though I don't think many people use it. I don't think I will be back through the area, so likely will not return, but it served it's purpose.

Very nice, clean room - very courteous staff. People always cleaning around public areas. Very nice breakfast room. Very impressed with hotel staff. Breakfast was pretty decent and wifi worked great. Would definitely stay again. Chris Blair was very professional and pleasant at front desk. Really liked the staff.

As a former Holiday Inn Express GM, I know how difficult it can be to win the Torchbearer Award, but this hotel has a case of them in the lobby! Room was clean, and all staff I encountered were courteous. No wonder this hotel is such an award winner!

My wife & I stayed for 5 nights. We were in town for a family reunion. The hotel was great. The place was very clean and had recently been refurbished. At first I thought it was a new hotel. The staff was excellent and very accommodating. They handled two very large groups without any problems that I am aware of. The breakfast was outstanding eggs, omelets, sausage, cereal, muffins and cinnamon rolls to die for. The coffee was perfect. Definitely recommend if your staying in the area. If you're in the area to hunt pheasant, you CANNOT clean them in your room or laundry area. Down the street is a place that will do that for you .

Beds and pillows were soooo comfortable. Stay really great. The morning breakfast had so many selections. This hotel was extremely full the weekend we were there and they still shined ... reconfirmed with me that Holiday in Express is my favorite chain hotel to stay in.

We were visiting family in Winner so I booked a room for 2 nights and.....WOW! The hotel is either new or very recently refurbished because it was absolutely spotless! Check in was so easy..the gal at the desk was so friendly and helpful as was everyone we encountered at the Holiday Inn Express. I did book an oversized room..and it was! VERY large with 2 super comfy queen beds, sofa, wet bar, micro and fridge. The bathroom was also VERY large. The hotel has an inside pool and spa which was a nice treat at the end of the day. We did not visit the breakfast buffet but it looked and smelled yummy. Do not hesitate, for a moment, to book a room here! We are the next time we visit!

Only? It was the only chain hotel in the area that looked clean and inviting. Located in the middle of nowhere, it is a great oasis for comfortable rooms. Staff was very helpful with recommendations and info. about the area. Nice breakfast area.

This is the best hotel for 100 miles. Very good breakfast, rooms range from good to very nice, decent pool and hot tub. I stay here 1 or 2 times a month. They treat the platinum members well and I have no major complaints. Overall the staff is good and I would recommend it.
