We always clean our room upon arrival as an extra. While cleaning the bathroom, the toilet set on the underside was dirty. The room itself looked like it had been redone but this one thing is a big no go.

Good customer service

We needed some milk in the evening for my little boy. I noticed they had some milk in the breakfast area. The employee I asked about was more than happy to allow me to get some milk. That was above and beyond customer service I felt. She asked if we needed anything else. I don’t remember her name months later. What I do remember is she was helpful and customer service oriented.

It is a good hotel but it has seen better days. It will need some TLC to boost the services. Our room had old fixtures. For instance, the bathroom doorknob was loose and the door did not close fully.
