Clean room. There was obvious wear and tear on some things, but nothing terrible (lamp shades, carpet etc). Nice staff. Good breakfast (besides the sausages were really hard). Slept well.

Everything new, clean and tidy. I liked the sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy for breakfast. Lots of good quality coffee. The hot tub was great, clean water and just the right hot temperature.
