Everyone was very pleasant and helpful.
Close to the highway, easy check-in, rain free, but don’t expect clean feet. The property is overdue for a remodel. The staff was friendly and attentive to my request.
There was a pill laying on the nightstand in our room when we checked in... and my son found an old inhaler under the bed. Pretty uncomfortable in times of a Pandemic. Also side door was wide open for anyone to come and go. Was not offered any kind of help with luggage. Would not stay here again.
Service with a smile? Hospitality? Basic amenities? If you appreciate the little things that make traveling a bit less stressful during these times, then I would look elsewhere. The manager (owner?) is not welcoming in the least and the ‘rules’ (e.g., no filling of ice chests even though there are no refrigerators in the rooms) are draconian. Although the rooms did appear clean, I would strongly recommend traveling a few miles further down the road... no doubt your business will be appreciated elsewhere.
Price good but had expired yogurt, bagels frozen and then when toasted them they were hard-freezer burn, frozen omelets tasted awful like they were spoiled or possibly very old, not much variety creamer, not enough towels
Very nicely located on I-90 but the property is old and worn. The staff was very accommodating. The internet was good.
When we walked in to check in we found a paper I needed to sign and my room keys. On the top of the paper it said “sign and take keys.” I’ll be checking out here in a few minutes but still have yet to see a single staff member.
This is no-frills hotel. Right off the interstate. Bed was comfortable, room was clean and the employee (front desk) was very friendly. Couple of drawbacks - we were put in a room directly next to the lobby. Employee remarked that she had several more reservations to arrive that evening. Well, I woke each time one of them arrived because they were greeted by the dog in residence. (Would have been nice to put us in a room farther from the lobby since we arrived a little earlier than others.) Second drawback - their breakfast isn't much of a breakfast. Coffee and a couple different varieties of mini muffins.
Clean place to sleep while traveling. Big room. OK breakfast, just muffins.
The hotel was very cheery, bright and very clean. All light fixtures were operational , also the microwave and coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think it deserves a higher rating than 3.
