"The greetings when arrived by both the valet and front desk (Vicki) were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. One recommendation would be to have flavored creamer/half and half. The valet service was spot on."

"Front desk staff is great. Hotel is ok.Be prepared to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. Then you will need to walk to the hotel. It's not super long, but those with children or elders may want to either drop them off and have another adult wait with them while you park.Breakfast was good ,but the breakfast area was dirty. Pancake mix ,crumbs on counters. Stayed three nights and went to breakfast the first morning. I did not return after that. Just personal preference I would NOT stay here again."

"The staff when we checked in was horrible and rude. No explanation of where our room was or how the elevators or parking was done. I had 1 bath towel and asked for more and they never brought them. I feel it’s ridiculous to pay for parking when the rooms are the price they are. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. "
