Just about everything was fine....staff was friendly....room / bathroom were clean / functional, bed was comfortable, room had enough conveniently-located outlets for laptop, phone charging, etc., gym was adequate, breakfast was well laid-out and tasty.....If I had to give them a "demerit", it would be that the room could have used more than just large towels - i.e., a couple hand towels and wash cloths would have been appreciated....an otherwise "5" gets knocked down to a "4.5" or "4.6" accordingly.

Convenient location relative to nearby mall, federal offices where we had some business during the day. Not exactly in the center of the city, but not a concern in our case; a 15 minute Uber ride to the central bus station.
