This property needs a serious update. The ceiling is coming down in the bathroom. The carpet is worn and the mattress looks like someone is lying in it when empty. The staff has been very friendly. Tristan gave us a great recommendation for dinner.

The ac unit was so loud we could not run it and sleep. So, the room was very hot. The bed spead was torn and gross. Floors were dirty around edges. We have stayed many times before and there has been breakfast. We were unaware that there was no longer breakfast and bummed with that inconvenience.

My TV wasn't working and the front desk staff went above and beyond to try to fix it. They replaced it and there was a new TV installed when I returned on Day 2. Greatly appreciated!! Will definitely stay here again! Very kind staff!!

Trouble checking in

I originally booked this stay at Hotels.com for myself and 3 kids who needed a night in Casper for a wrestling trip. I later found out my mother wanted to come watch as well. Not having enough room for all of us, I called the hotel. Hotels.com said it was full for that night but the owner said they were o my at 40% capacity. I asked if he could book an additional room for us but for my mother so she can check into that new reservation. He was polite on the phone, he didn’t give me the rate but I didn’t care since we couldn’t cancel and I needed another room for her anyways. When I checked into my room the rate was $40 more than what online said. It took a bit for them to figure out why. They booked my mother, who had already checked in, to my room. I was going to be fine with this because we are family but before we figured out what happened (my mother being checked into my original booking) the owner was very rude to me. He said I was just trying to get a cheaper room and to rip him off. He said he would give me the price I was guaranteed but get my mother back and charge her the higher rate. His lack of ownership in this situation was appalling. He wanted to kick us out of the hotel and then told us it’s up to hotels.com to refund us. Which isn’t true, hotels.com would call the hotel to ask permission for a refund. We ended up staying it was clean and comfortable but I could not ever recommend this place due to the rudeness and lack of ownership of the owner.

Not a good visit.

I’ve occasionally stay here when I come to Casper for the past 10 yrs or more. Back in August 2017 we stayed for a month. The past several years it has been deteriorating. They’ve eliminated the breakfast and do not take care of appliances in the room. The room (207) I had for this stay had a broken dishwasher and a toilet that would run every 5 minutes. The ice machine on our floor was broken and Wi-Fi in my room was off more than on. T Armstrong
