This property was kept in great shape! Vince was very accommodating with check in and out times, very communicative! The unit itself was in great condition, only a couple of downsides and not all were in the owner’s power. There was a smell coming out of the kitchen sink/garbage disposal, only noticeable when washing dishes. Parking is an absolute menace if you have more than one vehicle. Uncovered spots get taken fast. A backyard shade is pictured in the photos but not provided, not a big deal as it’s too hot to be outside anyways.

There was no communication. These people took the money & ran. After I booked it, I did not receive any check-in information until 1 am the next morning, after we were supposed to check in. They asked for additional credit card information, which caused another red flag. I booked the place for four nights and they would not refund any of the money for those unused nights. We never even checked in to the place. I believe it's a scam and would not book this place. Be cautious!
