Hotel property looks tired and was not very clean. Staff was not very helpful.
Fist time staying here. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our rooms were very clean and cleaned everyday. Pool and hot tub area was so nice. We would stay here again.

My family enjoyed our stay at the cassara, nice hotel with a great location, close to many tourist areas, friendly and welcoming staff, great hotel amenities, enjoyed the hotel and the swimming pool, walkable distance to many local areas, legoland, restaurants, garden view and the ocean. Observed covid guidelines, we were able to enjoy the amenities despite the pandemic, We had a great time there . Highly recommend this hotel.
