We have stayed at this property several times and enjoy the views of the ocean and the fact that you’re just over a mile to downtown Carlsbad Village. What was disappointing this time was that the unit we were in desperately needs new living room furniture and a new patio set. We put sheets on the sofa to sit on it. The fabric is worn out. The stuffed cushions are all out of shape. We didn’t use the patio furniture on the balcony because it is all rusted out. Also they need to check in on the cleaning service. The unit was basically clean in the obvious places, but many places are never touched/dusted. The toilet paper holder in the master is rusted out. Things like that. It’s a beautiful place with beautiful views, but for the price, the owners need to put a little money into new living room furniture and a new patio set, and go check out what isn’t being cleaned.

Nice beach access

Comfortable place in good location. Road noise is quite loud. Beach waves at night were great. Furniture oversized for location but works. Master is a bit crowded.

Weekend Getaway for Two

The unit was in a great location and the kitchen was well equipped. There were only two of us but the unit could easily accomodate two more adults with two kids.There were two off-street parking spots in the driveway dedicated to the unit so parking was easy. Small vehicles may fit in the two garages also dedicated to the unit but our car (Chevy Malibu) was too wide for the garages. Vigilucci's seafood & steak house is a one minute walk and a great place for dinner. Overall a great stay and would recommend,.

Lovely property-Great location

The home was very nice and had great views as others mentioned. It was quite spacious and could easily accommodate more adults quite comfortably. (It was just 2 of us) We enjoyed our stay in this home and found it easy to communicate with the property manager.

Beautiful, cozy french decor unit with expansive view

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit is pictured exactly how it is. The expansive view is wonderful and the balcony is great to enjoy the view from. Was greeted with fresh cut flowers in every room, complimentary hats and kitchen basics and beyond (including coffee, sugar, creamer and coffee filters) which was really appreciated. Having a garage which also lead right up directly into the unit was a wonderful convenience. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable and the easy-to-use fireplace in the living room was just the icing on the cake in making this unit feel comfy and cozy. Property manager was very responsive. There is a crosswalk to get you over to the beach and walking path about a half a block or so away.

Chic clean Gorgeous condo with the most beautiful beach view

Gorgeous condo with the most beautiful beach view! Excellent communication with the property manager! We enjoyed our time so much! It was Rainy almost the entire week d we were there but the view and house was so beautiful that it almost didn’t matter. We will Definitely be staying here again. It looks exactly like the pictures but even better.

Great stay

We really enjoyed our stay. There were a decent amount of stairs and one of us has knee issues. That wasn’t ideal but really the property was clean and in a great location. We will definitely stay there again!

Fantastic view!

We couldn’t ask for a better property on our trip to Carlsbad. Everything was clean and as advertised. Enough space for privacy and room to gather for adult couples. The sunset views were amazing from the second floor balcony. Downtown Carlsbad was a 15 minute walk with plenty of shopping and restaurants to satisfy everyone. Alicia was great and the check in/out was fast and easy.

Our family had a wonderful vacation and stay at this property! It’s in a great location to the beach and Carlsbad Village - with an amazing ocean view! The sunsets are just beautiful from the deck. Beautiful

Birthday weekend stay

Peaceful get away. We’ll equipped. Property manager very responsive and patient. Small area for improvement might be adding a private bbq on outside deck vs. shared on ground level. The ground level grills did work great however.

Absolutely Gorgeous!

Our family spends a week at the beach every summer and this space was beyond our expectations. Every detail is beautifully done, location is perfect with a short walk to Carlsbad Village, and right across the street from the ocean. The owners provide bikes, beach chairs, beach towels and much more. We have definitely found our future summer spot! Thank you Alicia for your great communication and help during our stay. 10 stars!!!
