I would have given higher rating for property condition but my room had an awful smell from the bathroom - smelt like something burning or stale smoke, my cloths even smelt after I left the property ( or could have been the smell stayed with me) the day prior to this I was in a different room and everything was perfect, so not an overall bad image of the hotel. I would definitely stay again

Very nice hotel but a little way into the town, property could undergo a facelift as a little dated now compared to others, but still a good nice hotel in a safe location

Stayed for just one night. The hotel was spotlessly clean and everything worked as it should. It's showing its age in a few places but nothing serious. TV setup was excellent - having Chromecast meant we could watch iplayer and YouTube (etc) on the large 50" screen. Breakfast was very good. As the hotel was quiet, the hot food was cooked to order rather than sitting around getting cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is functional, being on a major interchange next to a retail park.
