Continues to routinely have cold coffee, or empty thermoses…at 0715 in AM! And no one around to attend to keeping it full for guests. Breakfast choice never changes, and, again, is routinely not refilled for guests every AM.

We are very happy with the check in process. The man at the desk was very friendly and welcoming. We traveled on a motorcycle and rode in the rain all day. Photos online showed a hot tub, but there is not one. We were hoping to use the hot tub.
