The staff at this hotel were amazing. Very helpful and also very friendly. The room was very clean and tidy and we had a turn down service every night. I would really recommend this hotel for a city break in Cape Town or for a longer stay. The V & A Waterfront was walkable and great location for Table Mountain etc. Great hotel, great staff and a memorable exchange for the start of our holiday in South Africa.

The rooms are very well appointed, large and very clean. The staff are fantastic. Jason, the shift manager went above and beyond to assist me when I became ill at the end of my visit. He and his staff ensured that I had every single thing I needed to be comfortable as I recovered. Rozen was a joy to engage with at breakfast each morning. This is a wonderful property within walking distance to the Victoria Wharf. I'm excited to stay at this property during future visits to Cape Town.

Perfect hotel and location to convention centre

Check in was a little slow but after that, everything was perfect. The best location to the convention centre and the city. Concierge staff and basically all staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The spa and salon are top-notched and reasonably priced. Simply one of my best hotels!

My only complaint is that the room was way too dark. Even with every light on, it was difficult to read in this room after dark. I've never stayed in a room that was so dark.

Fantastic location and great views of Table Mounta

The Westin Cape Town is located centrally to the convention and business district. It is about a mile (20 min) walk to the V&A waterfront. The hotel staff from check in, bellmen and housekeeping are outstanding. They are friendly and extremely helpful. We stayed in the Westin Club suite which was roomy and comfortable. The Westin Club was outstanding offering a wonderful breakfast, including cooked eggs and other breakfast foods, and delicious and creative appetizers in the evening. There are great views of Table Mountain and the city. We enjoyed our stay immensely, and the hotel was a great base for a holiday.
