My experience was beautiful. Courteous staff; clean rooms with all amenities functional; beautiful view of the Table Mountain; awesome complimentary breakfast; nice, affordable menu. It was also a walking distance to the venue of my conference (ICC) so I saved money on transportation.😉

The staff at the hotel made our trip! They were amazing to say the least. The location was close to everything! The hotel also offered drop off/pick up service to nearby attractions - and if they're not available it was a very affordable Uber ride. Try the corn soup was delish!

Room is big, but don't have enough space to store the clothes outside the bags. The employees are very kind and helpful, always willing to help. Breakfast is amazing! Besides the good food it's very well vintage design. Very good experience!

We love staying here. I've been a few times now. Each visit is great. The hotel is clean, modern, good sized rooms, great bathroom, comfortable beds. All positives. The gym is small but they have some equipment that lets me get in a good workout to stay in shape. The top deck is nice, great on a hot day or evening. Location is close to everything -- you can walk to the shopping streets or V&A (but I'd recommend driving or taking a taxi). Parking is cheap, although not that convenient to get into. Easy once you've done it once or twice. Price wise, it's good bang for your buck. We usually skip breakfast (since that's overpriced), but there are tons of awesome places to eat nearby. The hotel room itself is relatively cheap. Overall, for the price and location, I'd recommend and stay again. But skip the pricey breakfast and try somewhere nearby (great cafes in the area since it's a business district).

We very much liked the hotel; rooms are nice and clean, breakfast is great. But unfortunately we got fooled with our payment and when we proofed it, the responsible did not even excuse for the fault made. We booked a room in the hotel for 8 nights (2650ZAR for the room and additional 150ZAR per night for the balcony). We paid the first night before arrival and when we arrived, we paid for the remaining 7 nights. The price appeared us quite high, but when asking a receipt, we were told to wait until the end of the stay. When we checked out, no receipt was given to us. We returned to the desk with our request for the receipt and it appeared we had paid 1200ZAR per night extra to the booked price of 2650ZAR per night. We asked about the 1200ZAR and people said that this was the upgrading as requested by us. But never we were informed about this upgrading. Checking this in my emails, it turned out that the extra for the balcony which was 150ZAR per night (=1200 ZAR for 8 nights) was added for every night. With the proof of my email, I received my money back. However, no excuse was made for having taken 8400ZAR that translates into far more than 500Euros. This is certainly not OK for a hotel of that standard and I warned my other colleagues that stayed in the Park Inn to make sure not get fooled too. We liked the stay in the hotel and we would have liked to return to Park Inn Hotels in the future, but this behaviour is really a no-go.

Everything went well throughout our stay. We did not eat an evening meal at the hotel during our stay but the breakfasts were ample, varied and well prepared. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff were extremely helpful. I would recommend organising a taxi if arriving or leaving the hotel in darkness. Private car parking is availablke at reasonable cost. An ideal hotel from where to explore the city on a daily basis or for a business traveller. No a honeymoon location. Value for money.

I would not recommend this hotel for a romantic visit to Cape Town. But since the hotel is close to the International Conference Cente, it is excellent for a business trip. The hotel has nice spacious rooms which are clean. Each of them has its own coffe machine ! Nice to have an espresso in the evening. The breakfast is fine and the staff very helpfull.

I stayed over last night. Sadly, other Than the friendly trainee check in lady and gent who checked me out, I was very disappointed. For what the Park Inn charges for what you get, rather stay elsewhere as it's he small or things that count, especially to business people. For me to it is unacceptable to pay for a premier business suite with a far higher price, yet the premier suites overlook grotty next door buildings whilst the cheaper rooms have the beautiful mountain or sea view. It is unacceptable to have lights not working in a room or a shower that doesn't get very hot, Luke warm but not hot. The breakfast was also average, yet other than the friendly young female chef, the remaining staff knew nothing about clearing or cleaning tables. Guests should not have to clear their own tables, TWICE! Finally the 'gym'... wow guys, fix it up and maybe get machines that match and that face the tv, not derelict building. Finally the roof top bar, whilst having beautiful views, the think it is a holiday camp and forgot my order and hen got my order wrong. Very poor. To think that I tried to change my booking to the Radisson Blu as it was cheaper and better quality, yet was not allowed to! Sorry to say that I would not go back to the Radisson Foreshore.

Hotel is in a good position and you can see Table Mountain from your room. Room are spacious, nice bed and sheets and towels of a good quality. There is a good restaurant in the ground level and a bar at the top where you can eat very good sandwiches with na amazing view. Breakfast is really good. Wi-fi Works perfectly.
