I have traveled to 60 countries and never stayed anywhere with such friendly and helpful staff. Great food at breakfast and dinner. You cannot find a speck of dirt anywhere. The manager is very present and approachable although I inly talked to him to let him know about his top notch staff.

As I have already mentioned in the previous sections. the service was excellent. the staff was friendly and explained on arrival what the hotel entailed. The food was fantastic. The hotel rooms were clean and very comfortable. The conference venue was comfortable and we received good service from the bar tenders; water was replenished often. The cookie was so delicious.yum yum.

Very clean room. Pleasant attitude & kind manner of staff.Really enjoyed the stay. Did use gym daily. Location is good. Healthy environment . Plenty of staff so no waiting for check in / out assistance. Staff members have "Sound professional ability.

Very good and quiet hotel but you need taxi to go somewhere. nice rooms and good internet connection. fitness center is very small and few machines to such hotel very good breakfast and great service as well for the dinner resturant

This is an excellent hotel with an upmarket feel. The rooms are decently decorated and have all the amenities a business or holiday traveler would need (gym and swimming pool included!). The staff are welcoming and helpful as can be. The location is spot on - away from the buzz and hustle of the Cape Town CBD but close enough to get you to some awesome tourist sites (Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront and Bloubergstrand). The restaurant serves tasty food and the breakfast spread is excellent. Oh, by the way, please don't forget to taste the warm cookie you get when you check-in (and you can ask for seconds and thirds if you like it that much!).

I was here for a second time conferencing. Perhaps they offer good corporate rates, but I an't imagine why anyone would volunteer to come here with so many other choices. It came with a health warning not to leave the hotel -- it is off a side street in the middle of an industrial area. Its standards of hospitality and comfort are high. So is the rack rate and the restaurant prices. My waiter brought the wrong meal and, true to their mission to please, I was offered a free drink to compensate. But if you want a light meal DO NOT order the lamb sliders which are like mini-burgers and fattier than the cheapest mutton curry imaginable. Maybe they are catering for Tim Noakes (banting diet) but I can't get rid of the taste.

We arrived easily. The location was in a newly gentrified funky area. We were greeted by the friendliest staff ever. We had 2 comfortable very clean very well kept rooms. Great wifi. We ate dinner in the restaurant. Wonderful meal and again great service. Breakfast was all we could want and more. Would recommend and hope to come back.

Spent a week at this hotel. Great location - easy access to both the city and airport. Great views of Devil's Peak and Table Mountain. Good service, friendly staff. Delivered on the promise that it made to me as a business traveler that needed to be close to the city and close to the airport and surrounding business areas...

We loved our 5 night stay at this hotel. Fresh hot chocolate chip cookies anytime, good restaurant, very nice helpful staff, 10$ ride to the waterfront if you miss the free shuttle, nice clean room, some smaller, but ours was a good size. I recommend this place for sure!

took the king loft. plenty of room for a family of 4. Good breakfast. Hotel is a little quiet. Nothing to do around the hotel. There are supermarkets around and some eating options. Complimentary service to V&A water front. Needs to be more frequent.
