Perfect!

The Sunset Splendour was the perfect venue for our visit. The location was central, close to Cape Town and on the way to sites such as Stellenbosch, Boulders (Pengiun Beach) and Cape Point. Elba could not have been more helpful and was available at all hours to offer support. There were any added extras in the guesthouse such as a large binder full of local information and recommendations, wine, baked goodies and more. The suite was beautifully presented and had all the amenities we could need. If you are unlucky enough to hit load shedding they have a system that still allows you to watch TV, have most of the lights on and hot water for a shower.

Wonderful base for a Cape Town break

Wonderful welcoming and friendly hosts. A modern stylish apart-hotel with 4 units, So even fully occupied it never felt busy. Very close to amenities locally and Cape Town only 30 minutes away. There are 2 shopping centres within walking distance and the famous deli And farm market only 2 miles away. The swimming pool and bbq/braai area is well designed and has ample seating should you want to have guests visit for the evening. The housekeeping is of a very high standard and we left laptops phones etc in the rooms and didn’t even feel the need to use the safe provided. A true home from home but with views and sunsets you’ll always remember. Thanks guys a great 2 weeks.

Accomodation fit for a king. Excellent spot central between Kaap de goede hoop and Kaapstad. Amazing location with garden kitchen (including barbeque) swimming pool and everything you can ever wish for. Almost a petty to leave for sightseeing. Definitively worth taking a detour for.
