From time of check-in at the front desk I asked the staff about the dining options she initiated telling me about she replied that I needed to pay an additional 50$ for any damage to the room before she can answer anymore questions in which I felt that to be rude . Hopefully I will get the 50$ back I was not aware of the extra charge especially since the room was quite pricey anyway getting that it was close to the port not impressed with the rooms quite basic for the price had coffee maker but no bottle water

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is definitely one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at in this area while waiting to board a cruise. My only complaints are that the bathroom door doesn’t lock. It’s more of a bar door style so it doesn’t feel very private. The pillows are also thin and uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a nice large room that felt very clean.
