Clean, comfortable, well maintained property. The host and staff were responsive and friendly. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to dine in. Located in safe, residential area. About a 10 minute walk to the Canterbury Cathedral. There is a Tessco Express and pub near by. Highly recommended.

The accommodation was clean and tidy. Everything promised was provided, and more. We received a warm welcome from a friendly host. However, the surroundings at the back were very noisy at night, which prevented us from opening the windows, making the room, especially at the front, quite warm.
