The hotel views from the roof deck were beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially considering we were traveling with our dog.
Our dog also enjoyed the views from the roof deck!

absolutely beautiful property. The staff especially Orlando were exceptional, helpful, friendly, professional. We have never stayed at a hotel where the staff went above and beyond they way they did. the property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Directly across from the ocean with beautiful views. Close to dining options and shopping. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Again a huge shout out to Orlando who made our stay beyond fantastic and he tended to our every need with a smile

Welcoming boutique hotel with eclectic decor. There was something interesting to look at wherever I stood. Our room had a good amount of closet space, a comfortable chair for sitting & a modern touch. The bathroom was spacious with an unexpected perk of a heated floor. A nice extra in the winter. Bed was very comfortable, parking is a bit of a walk although there are plenty of parking spaces close to unload. We used our time to visit the Farnsworth museum and have a good meal. This hotel was a welcomed spot to return to after a long day.

We really enjoyed our stay found the hotel to be clean very spacious. Our room was nice and clean very spacious very enjoyable. I also liked that it was. Easy and accessible to different places of interest in that area. we will definitely stay there again

Excellent boutique hotel

Wonderful hotel right on the waterfront and main street. Walking distance to shops and dining as well as the working harbor. Very nice, large & modern rooms and bathrooms. Balcony room provided a nice open air space to watch sunrise, rooftop deck was great for sunset and/or evening drinks. Breakfast was simple but classy, water stations for flat or bubbly available to fill up anytime.

On the day of our checkout the elevator was not available because they were decorating it for some festival. As we are senior citizens it was very difficult to carry our luggage down 3 flights of stairs. No prior notice was given and no offer of help was extended by the young staff member guarding the door in the lobby.

Outstanding all-around experience, which provided a great 'home base' for hiking in Camden Hills and a day-trip to Acadia. New construction. Modern design and amenities. Excellent shower and heated tile floors. Warm and friendly staff. Best morning coffee in the area. Returned for a second night, as the experience was so good! Highly recommended!
