250 Main is truly like "stepping into contemporary Europe" as the property is stunning and eclectic. The staff were very accommodating and informative during our stay. The parking situation is "amenable", but a result of our stay coinciding with the back-to-back Lobster Fest and Maine Boat Show weekends. We never resolved the in-room viewing options as "Live TV" was dead, and the connectivity which allowed for streaming was non-existent. It forced us to immerse ourselves into the ambience of the property and that is exactly what one should do when visiting 250 MAIN......

The hotel views from the roof deck were beautiful and the hotel was very clean. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, especially considering we were traveling with our dog.
Our dog also enjoyed the views from the roof deck!

absolutely beautiful property. The staff especially Orlando were exceptional, helpful, friendly, professional. We have never stayed at a hotel where the staff went above and beyond they way they did. the property was exceptionally well kept and clean. Directly across from the ocean with beautiful views. Close to dining options and shopping. We had an amazing stay and will definitely return. Again a huge shout out to Orlando who made our stay beyond fantastic and he tended to our every need with a smile

Welcoming boutique hotel with eclectic decor. There was something interesting to look at wherever I stood. Our room had a good amount of closet space, a comfortable chair for sitting & a modern touch. The bathroom was spacious with an unexpected perk of a heated floor. A nice extra in the winter. Bed was very comfortable, parking is a bit of a walk although there are plenty of parking spaces close to unload. We used our time to visit the Farnsworth museum and have a good meal. This hotel was a welcomed spot to return to after a long day.

Excellent boutique hotel

Wonderful hotel right on the waterfront and main street. Walking distance to shops and dining as well as the working harbor. Very nice, large & modern rooms and bathrooms. Balcony room provided a nice open air space to watch sunrise, rooftop deck was great for sunset and/or evening drinks. Breakfast was simple but classy, water stations for flat or bubbly available to fill up anytime.
