Everything as advertised. The shower head was much too short for a 6' tall person and there was some leftover food in the fridge when I arrived. Other than that it was a charming, quiet little place.

Cute, clean and comfortable studio-esque apt. Very small but noticably updated and clean. Surprised at how well stocked / equipped for such a tiny place. ** Good shower but TII-NY! No big issue but just saying at 6'2, 235 ;-). Also a bit of a climb up steep stairs to 2nd floor - again, no huge issue but worth noting when toting luggage. Delayed lock after code that flashed red (thinking code doesn't work) but just wait a few secs and goes green for final turns to get in / lock. Quiet neighborhood a cpl blox from VERY eclectic bars but Retro Bean worth a stop to hear live music from old timer bluegrass jam to indie band to rave dj ... all in same night :-) Also short walk to eats, drinx & shops on Church St ped mall. Title, "Hidden Gem" spot on and good price / locale for all above.

Very clean and extremely convenient. Fenced in parking spot steps away from the stairs to the apartment and only a 2 block walk from a vibrant downtown scene makes this a “gem” for urban explorers like me looking to experience what Burlington has to offer. Perfect for a couple or solo who want to be in the middle of the action and just need a comfortable staging area for adventure. Highly recommend.

This is such a great spot for a weekend stay in Burlington! It is so close to Church St with many shops and bars to stop in along the way. The apartment itself was so clean and had everything we needed! The parking was really easy which was a plus, and the bed was so comfortable!! Definitely would recommend this place to anyone!!

Clean, convenient place to crash for a night downtown :)

We had tickets to a comedy show and this was a great place to be able to walk to after the evening's festivities were over. It had everything we needed for what we were looking for, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you!
