Double charge: Be careful and check your credit card transaction.
I stayed on December 1, 2025 for one night. I booked through hotels.com, but the hotel charged me again.
First, I contacted hotels.com, who couldn’t help me because the hotel denied charging me.
Second, I contacted the hotel through the email address on their All Accor website, but no response.
Thirdly, I filled out and submitted the form on their All Accor website (under Contact Us, I think). I have not received any email acknowledging or apologizing, however, they reversed the charge now.
The highlight is that I not only lost money due to the currency conversion but also the hotel reversed less money!
